The exhibition was opened by Cllr Grace UÃ Niallais, Mayor of Derry City and Strabane District Council, on Tuesday 27 October 2026 and will run until Sunday 22 November 2026.

The IAA is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experience individuals for the role of Communications, Marketing and Events Officer.
This is a new, combined role bringing together external communications, marketing and events/bookings management under one remit. The postholder will raise the IAA’s public profile, grow engagement with its collections and programmes, and ensure the smooth running of commercial bookings including the promotion of the spaces in 45 Merrion Square. The post holder will report to the CEO and work closely with the entire archive team.
